This sermon on the coming of the magi to Bethlehem asks an important question. What is the one thing I will not abandon this year, no matter what? Rev. Cameron Trimble asks that question in her daily devotional on the topic of the Magi. There were many times they might have abandoned their journey. And they could easily have surrendered Jesus’ location to King Herod. But they stood firm, especially after being honored and amazed at the baby they found.
