Facility Use Policy

We welcome the opportunity to “open our doors” to other non-profit members of our community for meetings and special functions that align with our ministry and goals.   We offer two rooms of varying sizes that can accommodate groups from 2 – 100.

In addition to meeting space we offer kitchen and outdoor areas.  Available equipment includes kitchen appliances, round & rectangular tables, chairs, a piano, a sound system, computerized projection system, kitchen serving pieces, plates and platters.  We are ADA-accessible.

If you are interested in seeing our facility, please contact the church office to schedule a visit.  Then complete our Facility Use Request Form and submit it to us at least two weeks in advance of your activity.  All areas to be used, set-up times, and other service needs (i.e. equipment, sound, etc.) must be specified on the form.  Upon receipt we will verify availability of our space and contact you to discuss the details of your event, including pricing.

Smoking, illegal substances, alcohol, and weapons are not permitted in the buildings or on the grounds of our church.  A smoking area is available near our parking lot.
