A few words from our instructor:
Start your day with energy and focus by taking a few minutes to answer these questions:
What will give me joy today?
What am I excited about accomplishing today?
Who needs my help today?
Building resilience includes rest and low energy times, in order to fuel the energy needed to act on later. Trust your body wisdom. Of course, discipline comes into play as well, and this virtue is worth practicing.
Close the chapter on the day is helpful to prime the coming new day by reviewing:
What brought me joy today?
What did I learn?
What will I do differently in the future?
How did I show love?
Each day, every hour, and every moment are opportunities to build resilience!
